On October 10th, to honor World Mental Health Day, we invite you to join a global community for a live, guided breathing session. Together, we will create a ripple effect of calm, connection, and clarity.
The session includes a 12-minute guided breathing practice followed by 8 minutes for Q&A and interaction.
We’ll start this journey on October 10th, and continue meeting every Wednesday at 17:30 CET to breathe together.
Whether you’re new to breathing techniques or have been practicing for years, these sessions are for everyone who wants to experience more focus, calm, and resilience in their daily lives. Can't wait to see you there!
