I'm Kasper, an experienced and certified breath-coach with over 20 years of practice in breathwork, yoga, and holistic well-being. Originally from Denmark, I now live in the breathtaking Andes Mountains of Peru with my family - a location that has deepened my expertise in high-altitude wellness and recovery.
My work focuses on optimizing human performance for modern professionals and discerning travelers. The Story
The idea of "Breathe to Flow" began in my early twenties when I discovered the immediate and powerful impact of conscious breathing on human performance and well-being. This revelation showed me that we possess sophisticated built-in mechanisms to maintain peak performance and achieve optimal states, with breathing being the most powerful and accessible tool.
For me, "being in flow" describes a life of optimal performance - where we make clear decisions from deep intuition and access our creative powers at will. This aligns with proven performance principles: staying present, focusing on what we can control (like breathing), and optimizing what we cannot.
Breathing is crucial because it directly regulates your nervous system and state of being. Your breathing patterns determine whether you're sharp and focused or scattered and reactive. Specific breathing techniques can immediately optimize your nervous system for peak performance, enhanced recovery, and sustained well-being.

I am a certified yoga teacher, having completed the Ashiyana 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. Ashiyana is renowned for its holistic approach to yoga, blending traditional practices with modern insights to create a comprehensive and transformative learning experience. This training has deepened my understanding of yoga and equipped me with the skills to guide others on their wellness journey.
My previous training as a UX/UI designer with 15 years of experience in 100+ projects has laid the foundation of how I develop and customize programs to fit the needs of employees in companies. I know how, and I've been there myself.
